It’s so hard to believe that this year is coming to a close. It feels like Spring wasn’t that long ago. Time really does speed up the older you get.

Tomorrow is the first day of December which means it’s time to think about plans for next year. It has become tradition for me to create some goals for the New Year during the last weeks of December: personal, professional, financial, health, etc. My routine is to review what my goals were for the present year and take stock of how far I’ve come and how much further I have to go in the upcoming year and beyond. (I like to make short and long-term goals) I then revisit my inspiration board and usually make a new one. But, sometimes, I just add to my old one (depending on whether or not my intentions have changed).

This year has been a whirlwind full of ups and downs: some big, some small…and some HUGE! I loved, I lost, I won, I learned a lot and best of all, I grew – a ton. I’m not the same person as I was January 1, 2017.

So, as Oprah says, “Cheers to another year…!” Here’s to kicking some serious a** in 2018!
