This post is in partnership with Macy’s and City Chic.

I first heard about plus size Australian brand, City Chic, when I complimented a friend on her dress. It was gorgeous and I hadn’t seen anything like it, so I knew I had to get my hands on their clothing. At the time, I was only able to find City Chic pieces online. (While I love shopping online, I prefer to be able to try on pieces in-store to at least know how the sizing runs.)

Fast forward a couple of years later and now City Chic is available at my local Macy’s store! I’m sure you can imagine my excitement. 🙂

This look that I styled is perfect for Fall. I paired their black and white striped tunic button down blouse with their faux leather leggings. What I really love about this look is how versatile it is. You can wear the tunic as a long blouse, tie it in the front to bring up the hemline and show off your leggings (and maybe even a little skin), layer it under a sweater or jacket, tuck it in or wear it open like a kimono or cardigan…The options are truly endless!

I paired the look with a faux leather jacket and faux suede over the knee boots for a cool, biker-inspired look.

One thing to note about City Chic is how their sizes run. As a plus size babe, I’d never imagine wearing a size Small, but City Chic’s size chart is a little different. I will say that their clothes seem to run very true to size. So, they get an A+ for fit! And now that I can find the brand at my nearest Macy’s store, I’m even more smitten!

Have you ever heard of City Chic? Have you ever tried their clothing? What do you think? Let me know in the comments!
