Valentine’s Day Self-Love Gift Guide

show yourself some love this valentine's day

Here are 23 of my favorite self-care products

If ever there were a time for self-care, it’s now. Let’s face it, this is a very strange and challenging time to be alive. If surviving a global pandemic weren’t enough, many of us are feeling pressure to be more productive than ever, which is so hard during these “unprecedented times.” Personally, I…am…TIRED! And, I’ve heard from a lot of my followers and readers that y’all are too.

Last year, I shared 21 self-loving products you need. I still stand by them. But, I’ve got 23 new items you will want to ‘add to cart’ and include in your self-care tool box.

If you end up buying and loving one (or all!) of these items, let me know your thoughts here and on Instagram/Facebook!

💘💘💘

1. Mr. & Mrs. Paw Custom Pet Portraits

This is both a gift for you and your pet! Mr. & Mrs. Paw custom pet portraits are a perfect way to showcase your adorable fur baby, while decorating your home with something beautiful and lovely to admire.

With over 150 unique portraits, you can select a true work of art featuring your fur baby. There are single pet portraits and multiple pet portraits (for up to four featured pets), each nodding to pop culture and historical references.

I chose The Landowner for my 12 year-old Chihuahua Pomeranian rescue, Valentino because he is very much a distinguished and noble gentleman. The process to customize the portrait was rather simple. I did a few rounds with an editor, finally landing on this image, which was a bit more saturated in color than the original, per my request.

The portrait can be printed on a standing or hanging canvas, phone cases, mugs, and even throw pillows! For less than $60, you can have a custom work of art featuring the dog or cat that makes your house or apartment a home.

Simply select a portrait style you like, (if selecting a portrait) choose the size, upload your image, and hit “buy it now.” In a few days, you’ll receive an image to either approve or submit requests for edits to. I found it helpful to digitally draw on the image the edits I wanted. Within a couple of revisions, I approved the final image.

I just know Mr. & Mrs. Paw custom pet portrait products will bring joy to you and your home. They make excellent gifts, too.

2. Allswell Bedding

Catch these Double Taurus vibes and add Allswell bedding to your life and self-care game! I recently snagged these organic garment wash percale sheets and duvet cover set in Rose and am in LOVE!

On the website, they call them “livable luxury” and I conquer. Crisp, cool, and made of 100% organic cotton, these sheets are guaranteed to make sleep delicious. Featuring a plush garment-washed finish that gets softer with every wash, your sleep will be more restorative than ever!

The built-in hook-and-tie system makes refreshing your bedding super easy. And, you can enjoy a seamless — and shiftless — experience.

And, don’t forget about your furry friend! Allswell sells two pet beds. Valentino loves the premium round pet bed! But, if you have a larger pet or more than one, you may want to buy the larger, premium rectangle curved pet bed so that everyone fits.

3. Big Fig Mattress

Big Fig is a fave here at The Chief of Style. I first heard about Big Fig’s plus-size-friendly mattresses, box springs, and bed frames in 2017. I was lucky enough to snag one and have loved every second I’ve spent on my mattress!

It’s not common knowledge (and was news to me) that most mattresses aren’t made to withstand as much weight as you think. And, if you’re sleeping with another person, you need to factor that in, too.

Boasting a weight limit of 550lbs per sleeper (1,100lbs total), this mattress is as body positive as they come. This truly is the only mattress specifically designed to meet the needs of plus-size sleepers. Investing in a Big Fig is the ultimate self-care.

Every Big Fig is made of heavy-duty foam (to prevent sagging), featuring ThermoGel Cooling Technology (to keep away night sweats) and edge support (providing the broadest sleeping area). Plus, each mattress comes with a 20-year warranty!

Big Fig recently introduced the Big Fig Adjustable Base to transform your mattress into a more comfortable position for reading, watching TV, etc. It supports up to 1,250lbs.

Still unsure? Big Fig offers a 120-night sleep trial makes trying the mattress easy. If the cost is prohibitive, get into a Big Fig sooner than ever with their financing options. And, don’t forget to add the Big Fig Foundation and Big Fig Bed Frame (both of which are stronger than standard versions)!

4. Beast Blender & Hydration System

Known for it’s sleek design, the Beast Blender and Hydration System is the ultimate in preparing smoothies and infusions to support your health.

The Beast Blender + Hydration System features 120V and 1000W of power. It’s not only beautiful, it’s thoughtfully designed and meticulously engineered with industry-leading technology. So, rather than tucking it away with your other devices, consider keeping this beauty on your counter.

“The combination of the Beast Blender with the Hydration System allows you to make perfect blends and infused water,” according to the brand. “By quickly pulsing your ingredients before infusing, your water will have tons of flavor and more nutrients compared to infusing larger pieces of ingredients. It’s also great for taking your blends on the go.”

The Beast offers AfterPay options so you can make your favorite smoothie sooner than later. Now, that’s self-care for your body and your wallet!

The Beast Health offers free shipping on all orders over $100.

5. Native Grounds Coffee

I can’t even explain how excited I was to discover Native Grounds coffee on Instagram.

Native Ground Coffee is a Native American owned Coffee Company from the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian community in Arizona. The company provides businesses and their communities with a high quality coffee experience.

“Native Ground Coffee brings O’odham history and culture to the mainstream coffee world,” according to the company. “Thousands of years before the Spanish came to the Americas, our O’odham people were drinking caffeinated drinks derived from the cacao tree.”

“Our ancestors traded with the tribes from Mesoamerica, where the coca tree is indigenous,” according to the brand. “The ‘black drink’ as it was called, was used for special occasions and medicinal purposes. Once the coffee plant was introduced to the Americas in the 17th century, it didn’t take long until [It grew in popularity], and coffee beans were traded throughout the Western hemisphere, and eventually the world.”

In addition to different roast levels, Native Ground offers coffee subscriptions (hello perfect self-care gift for that coffee lover in your life!), tea, and Indigenous-infused coffee-loving apparel. For example, one shirt says “Rezpresso [REZ-PRES-OH] NOUN, PLURAL REZ-PRES-SOS. a strong black coffee brewed on an Indian reservation.” There’s also the Native Ground logo t-shirt that features their adorable logo (a coffee mug with a feather).

Native Ground Coffee also features gift certificates. Run, don’t walk…spoil yourself with Native-made coffee!

6. COSORI Electric Gooseneck Smart Kettle with Bluetooth

Bougie tea and pour-over coffee-lovers, pay attention! This COSORI electric tea kettle will change your life!

Okay, maybe it’s not “life changing,” but this electric kettle will make your tea and coffee-making experience a lot more fun. Sometimes investing in a little bougie-ness is just the self-care one needs.

Made of premium materials (204 food-grade steel) and featuring bluetooth controls and 4 precise temperature presets, you can rest assured your coffee and tea are brewed just right.

This kettle heats up in mere seconds and the gooseneck spout allows for precise pouring and is key to quality pour-over coffee. It holds .8 liters and comes in chrome and black.

Buy the COSORI electric gooseneck kettle for $78 and free shipping with AmazonPrime.

7. Aquarius By Design Co. Body Care Products

If you’re into activating all of your senses, you know engaging your sense of smell is key. I noticed several body care brands pop up during the pandemic #sidehustle, but my absolutely fave was created by a plus size babe and body positive content creator, Elizabeth Quinn (@livinglavidastoned).

Aquarius By Design Co. makes THE MOST YUMMY smelling products! You heard it here, folx! I honestly don’t understand how Elizabeth does it. Each and every item I’ve tried (which is nearly every scent offered), smells just like the name of it.

Choose from body butters, bath soaks, soaps, shaving creams, sugar scrubs, body oils, gift sets, bath accessories, fragrance mists and rollers, and aromatherapy. The list goes on and on.

Some of my favorites are Pink Champagne, Flannel Shirt, Pralines & Cream, and Belladonna. I love that you can find the scents you love across each product line. Visit her Etsy shop to explore her entire offering.

Follow @AquariusByDesignCo on Instagram to hear about new promotions and product launches.

8. OSEA Malibu Undaria Algae Body Butter

OSEA Malibu is definitely having a moment. And for good reason!

I’ve been a fan of the brand since 2017, but it seems all of Instagram is finally catching onto this Southern California-infused skincare brand.

Established in 1996 OSEA Malibu has a long, woman-centered history, inspired by the sea. As such, most of the ingredients are from the ocean. Using these products will instantly transport you to the Pacific.

According to the brand’s founder, Jenefer Palmer, “OSEA was born of the idea that the ocean should be part of everyone’s life — and the conviction that it already is.”

One of the most popular new releases is the Undaria Algae Body Butter. It was released after the success of the Undaria Algae Body Oil. The SoCal native in me truly loves these all-natural products because they always bring me right back home. I promise, you can almost hear waves crash when you use these products. Taurus (Self-Care) Energy Activated!!

9. B.YELLOWTAIL Snaggin’ Season Candle

Indigenous woman-owned brand, B.YELLOWTAIL, is no stranger to The Chief of Style. I first featured the brand a few years ago after the release of their first collection. And, just last year, I partnered with B.YELLOWTAIL to extend their sizing into plus sizes. Read more about that here. My Instagram (@ChiefofStyle) is also full of B.YELLOWTAIL OOTDs.

Before I can introduce another product line made by B.YELLOWTAIL, I need to define the word “Snagging.” Among Native Americans, “snagging” is a common, cheeky term for “hooking up.”

B.YELLOWTAIL sells several candles, one of which is “Snaggin’ Season.” It’s perfect for V-Day…or really any day. These 100% soy wax hand poured candles are lovingly made by women transitioning out of homelessness at Downtown Women’s Center, exclusively for B.YELLOWTAIL.

According to the brand, your purchase helps fund career training and mentorship programs that provide hands-on experience and economic opportunities for women in Los Angeles, CA (Tongva Territory). Now, that’s a self-care win-win for sure.

So, be sure to “snag” this candle for your next Netflix & Snag…I mean, Netflix & Chill. And, don’t forget to follow B.YELLOWTAIL on Instagram.

10. Parfait Lingerie Bralettes & Bodysuits

Parfait Lingerie is another brand I absolutely adore. I was first introduced to this body positive and size-inclusive lingerie brand in 2018, when I was featured in their national body positive “Perfect Figure” campaign. Read more about that here.

I recently did a “lingerie-to-streetwear” Instagram Reel featuring Parfait Lingerie’s Mia Dot Bodysuit in Racing Red and Mia Dot Wire-Free Bralette (pictured above) and Micro Dressy French Cut Panty, both in Bright Pink. Check it out here.

I love that both the bodysuit and bralette come with removable, light foam pads. They allow you to take your lingerie out of the bedroom and incorporate it into a more modest, streetwear look.

I truly am obsessed with all three pieces! They fit like a dream and feature wire-free, mesh dot lace cups. And, the bodysuit features an ultra-flattering, feminine V-shape and thong back, insuring no visible panty lines. They come in four colors: Bright Pink, Black, Racing Red, and Cameo Rose. Best of all, whether you wear lingerie for you or your partner, you will look amazing in these pieces!

As with most Parfait Lingerie items, they run pretty true to size. Feel free to DM me on Instagram if you have any fit questions. I would be happy to help you out.

11. Pinecone Row Clothing

If clothes shopping is part of your self-care, you’re in good company. Downtown LA-based and Black woman-owned fashion brand, Pinecone Row is definitely one to watch. Created by visionary designer, Charniece Frank, Pinecone Row is a size-inclusive, ultra cool clothing brand and the latest project to launch, with highly-anticipated upscale contemporary brand, Barkwood Clothing coming September 2022.

Featuring three eye catching prints: snow leopard, tan spotted leopard, and a black ditsy floral print, as well as a mid-length t-shirt dress in white and black and a V-neck mirror tee (printed backward so it’s read correctly when looking at your reflection in a mirror), Pinecone Road gives off retro, 90s cool kid vibes.

Pinecone Row is lovingly produced with domestic goods, contractors, and product development/production laborers. Charniece even sews many of the garments by hand herself! I had the opportunity to tour her studio/workshop and was so impressed by each and every piece and the care she takes throughout the entire process.

What’s more, Charniece personally developed the brand’s size chart, “based on researching data from domestic body specifications and the fit of competitors.” This size-inclusive brand believes clothing should empower and serve your unique body. Pinecone Row offers sizes XS – 5X. The brand aims to give people space to be who they are, wherever they are on their journey.

If you’re curious abut the origin of the name, Charniece told me Pinecone Row is the name of the street she grew up on. Love that!

Find and follow Pinecone Row on instagram @PineconeRow.

12. Odd Bird Co. Şile Cloth Two-piece Loungewear Set

I recently styled Odd Bird’s Kardeş Şile Loungewear Separates in Marigold and the Fidan Robe three ways in a Reel for the ‘Gram. Check it out here.

As you can see in my video, you can style these pieces in countless ways for a stylish look indoors or outside. I love to wear mine while lounging on the couch, while doing my self-care skincare routine or to/from the pool. Like the Kardeş Loungewear, the Şile Cloth Two-piece Loungewear features the perfect marriage of Japanese tailoring with the time-honored fabrications of historic, Turkey.

Each item is cut & sewn in historic, Turkey. Using a uniquely woven 100% cotton Turkish textured Šile Cloth that is spun and dyed to order by local artisans, these garments are handcrafted ethically and sustainably in small-batches with pride.

In addition to loungewear and robes, Odd Bird makes blankets, pillows, and accessories. What has also caught my eye is their handwoven towels! Everything is luxurious and understated and makes a perfect gift for yourself or someone you love.

Use code AMY15 for 15% off at OddBird.com all month long!

13. Urban Native Era Sweatshirts, Sweatpants & Hats

If you haven’t heard of Urban Native Era, where have you been? Their dad hats, bucket hats, beanies, and clothing featuring the phrase “You Are On Native Land” are all over the ‘Gram.

In 2020, I was invited to shoot with the brand to promote their Fall Classics collection featuring their iconic hummingbird motif. (See above) Since then, Urban Native Era has exploded in popularity. And, just last month, they announced UNE merchandise will be sold in REI stores, with more IRL shopping opportunities ahead.

My favorite piece from Urban Native Era has to be the YAONL Dad Cap in Black. Every single time I wear it, perfect strangers are nice to me on the street. LOL I don’t know what it is, but it’s true! I’ve also bumped into people who say they have UNE apparel, too. As an “urban Indian” (a Native person who lives in a city – in this case, LA aka: Tongva territory), it feels really good to feel seen and know other people are representing for us, too. #VisibilityMatters

Follow UNE on Instagram @UrbanNativeEra and keep an eye out for new in-store launches and promotions.

14. Manitobah Mukluk Slippers

Known for their incredibly warm and comfortable winter boots and fur slippers, Canadian Aboriginal brand, Manitobah Mukluks continues a tradition that began thousands of years ago, making handmade moccasins and boots (mukluks) for everyone. They have been known for generations as the warmest boot in the world.

Manitobah makes most of their signature products at their HQ in Winnipeg, Canada. Indigenous elders and artisans in handcraft their Storyboot in an effort to revive traditional Indigenous arts. They produce some items internationally to make them accessible for more people and to compete with other global fashion brands.

Manitobah Mukluks are self-care for your feet! They feature sheepskin footbeds for Insulation and most are constructed with untreated suede. What’s interesting (and will be surprising to non-Indigenous customers) is that the moccasins and mukluks don’t have a right or left foot. Over time, the natural materials will form to your foot and provide a custom fit.

Follow Manitobah Mukluks on Instagram (@Manitobah) to stay up to date on new release and promotions.

15. Reesa Beesa Jewelry & Art

I first came across radical feminist artist, Reesa (short for Theresa) on Instagram. My jaw literally dropped as I scrolled through her powerfully vulnerable and honest drawings, along with titles and captions that spoke to my experience. Unapologetic self-love, radical self-confidence, sisterhood, romance, and divine feminine energy are just some of the themes infused in her work.

In addition to prints of her art, she sells t-shirts, scarves, tapestries, stickers, and…*gasp* jewelry!!

I was lucky to catch her Black Friday sale last fall and I snagged the two necklaces seen above: one features letters that spell out “Radically Soft” and the other is called the “Hug Necklace” and features various images (drawn by Reesa) that are etched and made into charms, hanging on a chain. Also in my order was her ‘sad girl’ design shirt “FEELA” (like the iconic FILA logo, but with feels).

And, I even created a small gallery wall featuring my favorite pieces from her collection of prints. So, everyday I’m reminded to be radical in my self-love and self-care and that I am divine perfection just as I am.

Find Reesa on Instagram (@ReesaBoBeesa). You’re welcome.

16. Prado’s Beauty Eyeliner & Eyelash Glue

Xicana / Indigenous makeup brand, Prado’s Beauty, is making serious waves in the beauty world!

I recently shot an IG Reel featuring the Matriarch Eyeliner Glue, “Shawdy” lashes and Guerrera / Warrior lipstick. When I tell you that I love this eyeliner lash glue, I mean I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!

Having a beauty routine can feel like the ultimate self-care when you’ve been cooped up inside since March 2020! And, thanks to this eyeliner glue, applying false eyelashes is easier than ever. Just line your eyes and lay the lashes along the liner. It’s seriously that simple. Zero mess, super accurate application, and the adhesive is long lasting.

You can find Prados Beauty online and at their Las Cruces, NM stores. What’s more, all Prado’s Beauty products are vegan and cruelty-free, with sustainability in mind.

Follow Prado’s Beauty on Instagram (@pradosbeauty).

17. FIMILU Oversized Blue Light Glasses

Ever since the world shut down, I’ve spent a lot more time on my phone, laptop, and binge-watching TV. As a result, I’ve been suffering from eye strain and even migraines.

You are likely reading this on a device that emits blue light. Many of us are spending increasing amounts of time in front of screens both due to the isolation of the pandemic and as our lives are becoming more and more digital. Science is catching up with this and many studies have been done on the effects of blue light. I won’t waste time going into the science here, but I recommend you do some research. It’s always a good idea to be informed.

If you’re struggling with dry eyes, sore or irritated eyes, tired eyes, headaches, and/or fatigued facial muscles (from squinting), you may be straining your eyes from staring at a blue-light-emitting screen.

After doing some research of my own, I invested in these FIMILU blue light glasses. Not only are they super cute, but they protect my eyes and have resulted in far less eye strain and migraines. It’s another self-care win-win!

I also use DERMA E’s Blue Light Shield Spray for a refreshing spritz to my face and added blue light protection for my skin.

Honestly, even if the whole blue light thing were a hoax, there’s no harm in wearing a cute pair of glasses and refreshing the skin on your face. In fact, DERMA E’s spray contains skin-nourishing ingredients: lutein, blue green algae, ginseng root extract, and activated charcoal.

18. Misel Boar Bristle Hair Brush

Caring for my hair is a big part of my self-care. I have fine hair that tangles very easily, coupled with a tender scalp. It also gets oily if I don’t brush it enough. In case you weren’t aware, hair brushing more evenly distributes the oils from your scalp, smoothing each strand, down to the ends.

Growing up, I had very, very long hair. I have vivid memories of my mom clawing away at my long locks for what felt like hours. She’d use a very pricey Mason Pearson detangling brush and Johnson & Johnson’s No More Tangles detangling spray. I loved my MP brushes and they lasted a long time. Unfortunately, the prices of these brushes are rather high (upwards of $270) and cost prohibitive for many.

So, if you’re wanting a good quality boar bristle hair brush, but don’t want to pay MP prices (#ballingonabudget), check out this less expensive, Misel brand version.

With a nearly 5-star rating and almost 2,000 reviews, this $30 MP dupe will help you care for your hair by extending the time between washes and hair trims.

19. ZoneNaturals from MedZone

If you have thick thighs, you’re undoubtedly familiar with the concept (and struggle!) of chafing. Check out my top solutions here. One of my best recommendations is ChafeZone from MedZone. Known for their sports medicine products (gym wipes, topical muscle pain relief creams, and anti-blister balms), MedZone is the ideal brand to shop for athletes of all levels. As well as fashion-loving, thick-thigh-having babes of all sizes!

I use their products whenever I wear skirts and dresses, but don’t want to wear shorts or thigh bands. Which is most often these days. Ain’t nobody got time for more layers — especially when it’s hot out.

MedZone recently relaunched several of their anti-chafe sticks in more natural, lower fragrance formulas. I am in LOVE! Now, you can have the same level of protection, but it’s undetectable. (The original formula has a relatively strong peppermint scent to it, which I was okay with, but this is better.) Hallelujah!

As Spring and Summer is upon us, ZoneNaturals will keep your thighs protected so you can worry about other things. Like thriving while surviving a global pandemic! LOL

Follow ZoneNaturals on Instagram (@ZoneNaturals).

20. Wet For Her Adult Toys

Wet For Her is an online adult sex toy brand crafted by lesbians with the entire LGBTQ+ community in mind.

Whether you’re shopping for solo play, partner fun, gender affirming gear, etc., Wet For Her is the place to go. Unlike a lot of sex toy retailers, Wet For Her has women and the LGBTQ+ community at its heart. And, they’re size inclusive, too!

Although the year is 2022, talking about sex and sexual health remains taboo. (I didn’t mean to make that rhyme! lol) But the reality is, sexual health is a part of both physical and mental health. Owning ones sexuality, especially when you’re plus size, a woman, LGBTQ+…essentially, anyone in a marginalized body, is radical AF and the ultimate self-care! Express yourself and your love for yourself or your partner(s) in ways that feel authentic to you.

Wet For Her products are discretely shiped from California. Stay up to date on new product launches, promotions, and giveaways by following Wet For Her on Instagram @WetForHer.

21. Messy Movement Lab by Rashida KhanBey Miller

I first learned about the Messy Movement Lab sometime in 2020 or 2021. It was during the heat of the pandemic, so, admittedly, the exact time is a blur. But, what I’ll never forget is seeing this beautiful, plus size, Black woman rolling around and making it look good!

Artist, educator, speaker, and creator Rashida KhanBey Miller‘s Instagram posts promote her “messy” movement workshops, also known as Messy Movement Lab. The best way I can describe it is as follows: a sex-positive, un-choreographed, fluid, sensual movement to music, that allows each dancer to fully express them self in whatever way they feel called.

Rashida identifies as a Black, Queer, Non-Binary Femme, and a Disabled, Person of Size. (We love to see it!!) Through her program, she aims to shift our view of “pleasure as a reward” to “pleasure as our fuel.”

According to Rashida, this Temptress is “passionate about activating dance as a catalyst for healing the disconnect between our sexuality and spirituality, to help feminine-spectrum people reclaim pleasure as an integral part of our spiritual journey.” Well, I am ALL FOR IT!

The goal of each class is to reconnect with your body and reduce stress, take up space in your corner of the world with confidence, grace and ease, and explore self-pleasure through movement techniques that support your sensual journey.

The upcoming series begins March 3/9. Classes meet every Wednesday in the morning or evening. Signup at TheMessyMovementLab.com

22. Obé Fitness On-Demand Training Programs

In last year’s Valentine’s Day Self-Love Gift Guide, I mentioned my love for spin classes and working out in general. I also shared that movement has been an incredibly helpful tool for my own self-care.

Before starting The Chief of Style, I worked out for the sole purpose of losing weight. Movement was more of a punishment than self-care. So, I chose to let go of my unrealistic (read: self-hating) “body goals” and began really loving the skin I’m in. In doing so, I also distanced myself from the gym and from movement in general. To be honest, I had to learn to separate the joy of movement from restrictive dieting. Essentially, I needed a detox from Diet Culture. (Spoiler alert: I’m starting a podcast called Diet Culture Detox to talk about this very subject.)

Now that I’ve found self-love and confidence exactly as I am, I’ve started working out again. But this time, I’m doing it my way. Meaning, I do what I like, when and how I want, and only as much as it feels good to me. Sometimes that means pushing myself; other times I do only gentle movements. (I mean, I did have brain surgery less than one year ago for goodness sake!) The point is, I move for me.

This is where Obé Fitness comes in, offering 16 different types of classes (for all levels, including pre- and post-natal), Obé promotes the mantra “Strive for 5.” In other words, they encourage taking three strength-based and two cardio workouts per week. They ask that you just show up, no need to be perfect. I really appreciate this balance of creating personal goals and challenges, while also being kind to ourselves. The best part is, Obé doesn’t preach about diets or weight loss. Instead, the coaches encourage you to move to feel good.

I would be remiss not to add that I really love the overall aesthetic Obé has. Their brand is very bright and colorful, which makes the experience even better. (Did I mention I’m a double Taurus? LOL)

Get 50% off at Obe.com with code CHIEFOFSTYLE50!

23. Echelon Spin Bike

Last year, I shared my Exerpeutic Foldable Exercise Bike with you. At the time, I was just getting back into working out. I told myself that I would start with this less expensive (simpler) machine. And, if I actually used it, I would upgrade. Well, thanks to the super fun workouts I’ve enjoyed with Obé Fitness and CardioCast (Use code CHIEFOFSTYLE for one free month), I’ve upgraded to a new bike!

Last summer, I purchased the Echelon EX-15 Smart Connect Fitness Bike and am incredibly happy with it! For a smart bike under $500, this is such a great deal! It provides a smooth, solid, wobble-free ride. Everything on it is adjustable and there are SPD-compatible toe cages in case you want to clip in.

Each bike comes with a free 90-day membership to try Echelon’s classes. (They’re definitely a vibe!) Memberships are $39.99/month after that. They also offer yearly membership discounts, too. Echelon has a really engaged community on Facebook and Instagram, and they’ve offered rides with your favorite celebrities and music artists. So, their workouts are far from boring and they definitely don’t play elevator music.

In addition to their range of spin bikes, Echelon offers other equipment and corresponding classes, too: treadmills, rowers, and fitness mirrors. They really do have something for everyone!

As always, I hope however you spend Valentine’s Day this year, you engage in self-care and find really yummy ways to spoil yourself and those you love.

Enjoy! 🌹
